At Stylao, we stand behind the quality and authenticity of our luxury products. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

  • Return request initiated within 3 days of delivery
  • Item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and documentation included
  • Return is approved by Stylao team

Refund Process Timeline

  1. Return Initiation (Day 0-3): Contact contact@stylao.com within 3 days of delivery
  2. Return Authorization (1-2 business days): We review your request and provide return instructions
  3. Item Return: Ship item back with all original materials
  4. Inspection (2-3 business days): Upon receiving the return, we inspect the item
  5. Refund Processing (5-7 business days): Once approved, refund is processed

Total Timeline: Approximately 10-15 business days from return initiation to refund completion

Refund Methods

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer
  • You must provide valid bank account details (RIB)
  • Bank transfers typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account

For Online Payment Orders:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Credit/debit card refunds may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Item shows minor signs of wear (at Stylao's discretion)
  • Original packaging is damaged but item is intact
  • Accessories are missing but the main item is in perfect condition

Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided if:

  • Return request is made after 3 days of delivery
  • Item has been worn or used
  • Item is damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Original tags have been removed
  • Item was marked as final sale or non-returnable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Full refund or replacement provided immediately
  • No return shipping costs for you
  • Contact us at contact@stylao.com with photos within 24 hours of delivery

Refund Confirmation

You will receive email confirmation at each stage:

  • Return request received
  • Return approved
  • Item received and inspected
  • Refund processed

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Exception: Damaged or defective items (we cover return shipping)
